Shipping & Returns
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) of purchase unless otherwise noted. Processing time for custom and pre-order pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description and your order confirmation. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
We are currently offering free shipping on all orders within the US for a limited time only. If you would like to purchase from Maheen Jewels but do not reside in the US, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to assist you in your shipping needs. All US orders will be shipped via USPS, 2nd-day Priority Mail. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.
We do not have any refund, return, or exchange policy for the items purchased from Maheen Jewels. All sales are final.
Exception: Only in situations where an item is DOA - Defective or Damaged on Arrival, you need to contact us immediately within 24 hours of package arrival, describe the damage and submit pictures with proof of damage. We will review your request, assess the damage, and contact you with options. If your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to the email address provided under your account. Please attach the prepaid label to the shipping box and return the items in secure packaging as was received. The Return Package must be shipped within 24 hours of Return Request Approval. If your return request is approved on a Saturday, the package must be shipped out no later than Monday (end of business day). The Sale is considered Final if the item is not shipped within 24 hours of return request approval. Once the return package is received, the refund will be processed within 2 business days.
If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us the better! We will ship most orders within 24-48 hours of receiving your order confirmation so be sure to let us know about cancellations at the earliest.
Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not so it is important that you notify us immediately. If you would like to cancel an order, please send an order cancellation request to email@example.com. Please note that if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
If you would like to receive your items via Expedited Shipping, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will get back to you regarding Expedited Shipping charges and timeline to your address.
If you see an item that says ‘No-stock’ or ‘Out-of-stock’, this just means that Maheen Jewels is currently out-of-stock on this item. We may carry the item in the near future. If you are interested in such an item, please email us at email@example.com to show the interest in such an item, and we would be happy to give you an estimated timeframe of when we expect to have the item back in stock.
